This artwork was born from a deeply personal journey; one that has spanned years of unlearning shame, redefining beauty, and embracing softness as strength. In many ways, What We Deserve is an extension of Divine Feminine, a piece I created during a time when my relationship with my body was filled with uncertainty and pain. After being diagnosed with PCOS, I struggled with the way my body was changing and how ever-evolving beauty standards made me feel like I was somehow failing.
Divine Feminine was my way of reclaiming that narrative. It was a reminder, to myself and to others, that we are not defined by numbers or expectations. We are powerful, worthy, and sacred, simply because we exist.
What We Deserve carries that same energy forward. It’s softer, but just as powerful. It’s about the simple, radical act of choosing self-love in a world that constantly tells us we’re not enough. It's about honoring femininity not as something to perform, but something to root into: a strength that is both fierce and tender, a beauty that is already within us, and all around us.
This piece is a visual affirmation and reminder that:

We deserve softness.
We deserve to feel at home in our bodies.
